Very disappointed. The wig was super dry right out of the package and became very tangly after one wear. The back matted up quickly and it was hard to manage. Definitely not the quality I expected. Try to reach customer service during the allotted time. No response
I purchased this wig and received it two weeks ago. I contacted customer service within that time to request a return because the product did not meet my expectations.
The wig appears significantly darker in person than it did on the website. Instead of the golden honey blonde shown online, the color is more of a dark brown. The hair also has a noticeable synthetic sheen, and the knots are quite visible.
I received an initial reply from customer service, but after responding with the requested information, I have not received any further communication. I have since sent five follow-up emails and am still awaiting a response.
I would still like to proceed with returning the wig and hope to receive a response regarding my request.
So pretty and so soft. The curls are full and the lace looks natural. I wore it all day and it stayed perfect. I’m definitely buying again.
The curls look natural and the color is beautiful. The lace blends perfectly and the cap fits comfortably without being loose. I highly recommend it.
